LEARNERSHIPS
Why choose a learnership?
A learnership is a structured learning programme where the learner (student) spends a specific amount of time learning theory (in a class room), and even more time learning the practical side of the theory (skills) in the workplace. Learnerships don’t only equip learners with technical and work-specific skills, but also life skills. Participating and being found competent upon completion of a learnership, result in learners achieving a registered NQF qualification. Learnerships are directly related to an occupation or field of work.
